A taquería, reinterpreted, in downtown Drummondville: tacos made by hand on tortillas pressed to order from fresh masa, dishes to share, and a tequila and mezcal bar in the middle of the room. Tuesday to Saturday from 11 a.m.
The food
Everything is made by hand. Tortillas are pressed to order from fresh masa, and the fillings follow local products: pork, beef, chorizo, shrimp, red snapper, braised chicken, vegetables. Around the tacos: antojitos to share, mains (platos fuertes) and churros. Vegetarian options throughout.
The bar
Margaritas in four flavours, tequila and mezcal cocktails, tasting flights, wines and draft beer. You can eat at the bar too, and a bar seat can be booked just like a table.
